Dutch photographer Jeroen Swolfs has traveled for 7 years to all countries in the world, to capture humanity and show how humanity is connected. It’s our corporate social responsibility to educate and inspire all nationalities in the world, and to understand each other’s culture, environment and journey in life. It should be our common goal in life to bring humanity closer together on a global scale.
From 20 January 2019 till 5 April 2019, Streets of the World is organizing the world’s longest photo exhibition “Connecting Humanity” on the shore of the Dubai Creek at Al Seef. This exhibition is a cooperation with Meraas, endorsed by Dubai Culture and Dubai Tourism.
Current partners
Street of the World has formed beautiful partnerships with Dubai Culture, Dubai Chamber, Meraas, Canon & Philips Lighthing. With these partnerships we are able to organize a 75 days photo exhibition alongside the Creek. Furthermore, we are happy to announce the official endorsement of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Awards (HIPA). With this endorsement we also strategically involve HIPA in the Streets of the World photo exposition and photo competition, the latter having taken place from December 5th – December 19th.
Why at Al Seef?
Al Seef is the perfect place for the Streets of the World Photo Exhibition because it combines street life in all its diversity at the Dubai Creek, where the great city of Dubai once started. Dubai is one of the most international cities in the world, priding itself on massive achievements due to this international vision.
That is why the Streets of the World project has chosen Dubai as its first stop for the Streets of the World Tour which, after Dubai, will be travelling onwards to cities such as Paris, London, Berlin and New York.
As a global photo project but also as a company, Streets of the World has created worldwide content about what makes societies around the world work.

Media Impact
All our partners are involved in marketing the event, with Dubai Culture & Meraas in the lead. Press releases and extensive social media campaigns are launched and distributed. In 2015, the NatGeo made a documentary about the Streets of the World Project. A cameraman travelled with Jeroen to the United Arab Emirates, Myanmar, Iraq and many more countries to film his journey. An updated documentary will be broadcasted on Emirates Airlines ICE during the exhibition.
